your catering explained

A choice of buffet or cocktail style service is offered at Mainspace from local Canmore caterer 'Avi's Kitchen'.

Once your event booking is confirmed, your menu choices will be submitted to the venue coordinator 6 months prior to the event date, when a 50% deposit is due based on choices and estimated guest numbers.

The remaining fee will be due 30 days prior to the event date, based on final guest numbers at this time.

Your Mainspace venue coordinator will oversee all communication with the catering team from the booking stage through to the event date, unless a special request is made to discuss further with the culinary team. 

Group food tastings will be available at set times throughout the year and are charged per person.

All pricing and options listed are subject to change at any given point.

5% GST and 18% gratuity added to all food and beverage bills

How to choose

The menu prices listed do not include serving staff.
Staff levels depend on guest count and service style chosen. 

Buffet and cocktail style for any event over 30 guests will incur a food staffing charge of
at least 2 servers ($25 per hour each) for a minimum of 4 hours.

Additional hours will apply for appetizers and late night service.
