This extra cost will be determined by the number of guests and style of service provided. 

Buffet, family style and plated service incurs a staffing charge of at least 3 servers ($25 per hour) and 1 chef ($30 per hour) for a minimum of 4 hours. Additional hours apply for appetizer and late night service.
