Charcuterie cup
Suitable for cocktail hour, a charcuterie cup is a fun way for your guests to enjoy an individual
charcuterie appetiser. Presented in a kraft brown cup, contents include skewers of cured meat
and cheeses, olives, crackers, nuts and fruit. The cup can per be personalised with a sticker to
suit your event for an additional fee.

Charcuterie for cocktail hour.
A mixture of cheeses and cured meats, pickles, jams and olives, crackers, fresh and dried fruits
and vegetables. This is a light bite for your guests to enjoy prior to dinner.
Charcuterie will be simply presented on wooden boards and platters, as a grazing table for
guests to serve themselves.
For 50 - 80 guests
Individual grazing charcuterie boxes
A light assortment of 2-3 cheeses, 2-3 meats, crackers, baguette, fruits, vegetables, jam, nuts
and olives. Presented in an attractive box with a clear lid. The box can be personalised with a
sticker or tag to suit your event for an additional fee.

Luxury Charcuterie grazing table.
Using live edge wooden boards, raised platters, greenery and florals, this is a statement grazing
table and can be themed to coordinate with your event.
60 mins to 90 mins is required for set
up. Your boards will have a collection of 5 charcuterie meats, 5 different cheeses, a variety of
pickles, olives, jams, jellies and antipasta, fresh made bread, artisan style crackers, nuts and
dried fruit and edible garnishes.
This is grazing style so everything is in a bite size portion so your guests can just help
themselves.

Fresh baguette slices topped with a variety of toppings. Each slice is a 2-3 bite serving
presented on platters for guests to serve themselves.

Food service staff are not included in the menu price. Staffing fees will be determined by the final number of guests and style of food service provided and charged by Mainspace.
